Shipping Information: Product turnaround is currently 2-3 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are filled on first come first serve basis. After the products are made they are lovingly packed and shipped. Please allow time for shipping. Please know that all orders are handmade when you order them including all “customer favorites” as well as “custom” picks. The difference between the “customer favorites” and the “custom” picks is we keep the most popular fragrances and materials in stock at all times. Meaning if you custom order with us we will most likely have your custom materials in stock unless otherwise stated. We keep a running tally of what fragrances we are low on the website. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Due to all products being handmade when you order there are no refunds. The only exception to this rule is unless the product was made wrong. (example: wrong color, wrong scent, wrong product.) If that happens we will gladly send you the proper item shipped on us. If a product is lost or damaged we will gladly replace it.
